Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MNJTP's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

MNJTP provides search engine optimisation (SEO) services, including but not limited to:

  • Technical SEO audits and optimisation
  • Keyword research and strategy
  • Content optimisation and creation
  • Link building
  • Local SEO services
  • SEO consulting and training

3. Service Agreement

3.1 Scope of Work

The specific services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

3.2 Minimum Commitment

Most SEO services require a minimum 3-month commitment to achieve meaningful results. Specific terms will be detailed in your service agreement.

3.3 Performance

While we use proven SEO strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic increases, as these are controlled by third-party search engines.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Schedule

Monthly services are billed in advance. One-time services require payment before work commences.

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in service suspension and late fees of 1.5% per month on overdue balances.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely access to your website and necessary accounts
  • Respond to requests for information within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure you have appropriate rights to all content provided
  • Not engage in black-hat SEO practices that could conflict with our work
  • Maintain a functional, accessible website

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide. You grant us a license to use this content as necessary to provide our services.

6.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you (e.g., content, reports). We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, methodologies, and templates.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information received from the other party confidential and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

8. Termination

8.1 By Client

After the minimum commitment period, you may terminate with 30 days written notice. No refunds for partial months.

8.2 By MNJTP

We may terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, fail to make payment, or engage in abusive behavior.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must pay all outstanding fees. We will provide final reports and transition support as outlined in your service agreement.

9. Money-Back Guarantee

New clients are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your initial payment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MNJTP's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MNJTP harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or breach of these terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and MNJTP.
